Makku Math Village is located at the elevation of 1600-1700 meters, in Rudraprayag District, of Uttarakhand. This Beautiful historical village Surrounded by the trees of dense cedar, banj, burns, thunder is believed to have preceded the first century. At present this village is a hotspot for birdwatchers. Markendya Temple at Makkumath village is a winter seat of Lord Tungnath Ji.

KWLS also is known as Kedarnath musk deer Sanctuary. It is located in Rudraprayag and Chamoli District of Uttarakhand State. Its alternate name comes from its primary purpose of protecting the endangered Himalayan musk deer. The area of Kedarnath Wildlife Sanctuary is 975squre Km, and this sanctuary is world-famous for its biodiversity and animal diversity (particularly of ungulate species).it is the largest protected area in the western Himalayas.

Kanchula Khark was declared as an animal sanctuary area in 1972 for the preservation of Kastura deer(Musk Deer)in 1982, the Musk deer breeding center was established in Kanchula Khark in Chamoli district, near Chopta within 5squar Km area with the help of UNESCO.

The Sari village located at an altitude of 2000mts in Ukhimath Block of Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand state. The 3-km link road reaches you to the Sari Village from Tala, which is on the Ukhimath -Chopta road. Sari village is about to 20km before Chopta Hill Station.

Ukhimath is a beautiful hill station situated at the elevation of 1400 to 1600 meters from sea level in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand state. Uhimath is a beautiful and small town with mythological significance. The Omkareshwar Temple at Ukhimath town is the oldest in the country and houses the deities of Kedarnath and Madmaheswar during the winter.

Atri Muni Fall is a 70 mts waterfall located Near Chopta, Uttarakhand (This fall is near to Chopta but lies in Chamoli District and a trek of 5.5km from Mandal, which is about to 19km from Gopeshwar). It is about to 20Km by road from Chopta station and 5.5Km easy trek up to the Fall.

Ansuya Mata Temple is an ancient historical temple of Sati Ansuya, wife of the great rishi Atri muni. Ansuya temple has located an elevation of 2175mts height from sea level in Gopeshwar, Chamoli. The trek to this famous temple starts from Mandal and the length of the trek is about to 4km.

Kalimath Temple is located at an elevation of 1250mt (4050feet) above the sea level in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand on the bank of river Saraswati. It is one of the greatly revered Shakti Peeth among 108 shakti Peeths dedicated to Goddess Kali.

Kartik Swami Temple is located at an elevation of 2500mts (8202feet) from sea level in Rudraprayag district. This holy temple is dedicated to Kartikeya, the elder son of Lord Shiva and is adorned at the end of a narrow ridge, enclosed by a deep valley.

Kalishila is a Sacred Shrines, situated on an evaluation of 2350mt (7009 feet) from sea level in Ukhimat, Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand. Kali is not a Temple but it is a Shila (Big Stone) dedicated to Goddess Kali. It is one among the 108 Sakti Peeth of Goddess Sati.

Vishwanath Temple is located in the town Guptkashil, which is on the route to Kedarnath on a ridge on the west side of the Mandakini river valley at an elevation of 1,410 mts above sea level. The scenery of the temple is magnificent with the backdrop of Chaukhamba snowcapped high mountains.

Trijuginarayan or Triyuginarayan Temple is a famous Hindu pilgrimage located at an elevation of 1950mts (6400feet) in the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand. This picturesque village also offers of some snow-covered Himalayan peaks and has a trek route to Sri Kedarnath Temple.
