Chopta is about to 450 kms from Delhi, 192 kms from Rishikesh & 62 kms from Rudraprayag. Direct buses are available from Haridwar, Rishikesh & Rudraprayag till Ukhimath and after that one can hire local taxi for Chopta.

The nearest railhead is at Haridwar (225 kms) and Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun (220 kms) is nearest airport to reach Chopta.
